Ordering & Payments
For your convenience, orders
can be placed online. Or, if you prefer,
you can still place them by phone, mail
or email (see information at the bottom of
this page).
When placing an order online, shipping will
be calculated after the order has been received
based on your shipping preference. We will
send a detailed quote including applicable
taxes and shipping for verification and final
approval by you. We will also indicate our
expected delivery time and shipping method
with the quote. Any customs duties and taxes
for US and international orders are the responsibility
of the buyer.
Please note that credit card payments are processed only when the
order is ready to ship or within 24 hours if it is a
payment on account or deposit on account. We do not
make use of the instant payment processors.
NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse
or reject any order without notification of reason or intent. Any orders placed
that are discovered to be fraudulent will be forwarded to the
proper authorities, including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police
Fraud Division and Interpol as applicable. Mossberry Hollow Naturals is
an active member of several merchant internet anti-fraud
organisations and is diligent in authenticating buyers.
Volume Discounts
Volume discounts apply to order merchandise totals
as follows:
$500-999 - 3%
discount
$1,000-4,999
- 5% discount
$5,000-9,999
- 10% discount
$10,00-19,999
- 15% discount
$20,000 or more
- 20% discount
Discounts will be applied after the order has been received
and confirmed.
Terms
Orders can only be placed by registered businesses; a tax ID or business ID number must be provided when you place your first order.
We do not accept orders from consumers - please visit our list of retailers to order
these products.
There is a $75 minimum order requirement.
We require proof of business in the form of a Tax ID number or
copy of a business licence. For customers outside of Canada,
a Tax ID is required for purposes of customs
clearance.
Payment is pre-paid only, by Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
cheque (Canada only) or Canada Post/USPS postal money order.
Payments by credit card can be made online or faxed/phoned. Accounts of
Net 30 Day Terms can be applied for after three orders have been placed
with us, on approved credit. Please ask for an account application form after
your third order.
NSF cheques are subject to a $25 fee, payment
of outstanding balance by money order or certified
cheque. There is a $5.00 handling fee on all
orders.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated after an order has been received
and an email will be sent with shipping estimates and
a choice of service speeds.
Shipping is facilitated via
CanadaPost and Canpar in Canada, FedEx and tracked
mail services in the US and overseas. Small
orders can be shipped via untracked mail on request
when you place your order. Larger shipments
will be shipped via best method.
Please note: special requests for untracked
mail services means that you waive your right to recourse
should the package be lost. We will not reimburse any
undelivered/lost packages that are sent via untracked
mail services.
If you prefer to be billed to an existing
courier account or want arrangements to be
made with your regular courier, please advise
us when you place your order so arrangements
can be made.
For customers outside of Canada, please
be aware of the following:
* Any subsequent brokerage fees or
duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
These will typically be charged when using
a courier service.
* Due to world situations, Customs
is being far more diligent in processing packages
and we have experienced some unavoidable delays
as a result. We try to work through them as
quickly as possible with the Agents, however
this is out of our control. Please keep that
in mind when planning your orders for delivery
time.
Returns
Returns are accepted on most
of our branded items. Product & product packaging must be
undamaged and in re-saleable condition.
There is a 15% re-stocking fee and we do not
refund any shipping costs.
Products that we cannot provide
refunds on are: custom products, essential
oils or blends, raw materials/ingredients,
or special order items. All returns must be
pre-authorized and receive a Return Authorization
Number (RA #) to be properly processed.
Should your order be damaged during shipment,
we will require an inspection by the carrier.
If you notice shipment damage, bring it to
the attention of the shipper promptly. Leave
the items in the box or container as found
and contact us directly. We will replace all
damaged goods with the same products.
Samples Program
Samples are available for any business that would like to see,
touch and smell the items before they order them. Due to the
high cost of sending out samples, we have set up the following program.
Samples are available individually at the wholesale price or
you can purchase a sample kit that covers a complete line.
Sample Kits cover a complete line, and include representation
of every packaging type and size, coverage of every scent
available in the line and some in sample packaging for testing.
Shipping & tax costs are the responsibility of the buyer,
however we will fully or partially refund the cost of the
samples based on a sliding scale of purchase:
Sample costs per kit (not taxes or shipping costs) will be refunded:
* in full if your first purchase is $500.00 or more
* 50% if your first purchase is $300-499
* 20% if your first purchase is $150-299
* no refunds for first purchases under $150
The refund will appear as a credit on that first invoice, and only within 6
months of sample purchase. This offer is only good against the first purchase
of that line and cannot be carried forward to subsequent purchases. Samples
purchased as a Kit or individually fall under this rule.
If you buy multiple kits
then the purchase requirements will apply against the line purchased.
ie if you purchase Herbal Hugs and MossBaby kits and make a
purchase of $500.00 of Herbal Hugs products, only
the Herbal Hugs samples will be refunded. If you then decide to purchase
the mossBaby line at $500 three months down the road, your cost of the mossBaby
samples will be refunded against that purchase.
Average turnaround time on a sample kit is 3-5 days. If you need
it rushed please let us know in the comment section of the check-out process.
Currency
The shopping cart is set up to accept and calculate orders in
Canadian dollars only at this time. If you wish to pay in US funds through
Paypal, money order or wire transfer, please let us know and we'll help
you to calculate the US dollar value.
